    • Shawn will work to ensure that our local government spends and saves smartly so the county meets its obligations for today and is prepared for what may come in the future.
    • Shawn respects and understands the value of the Anne Arundel County property tax revenue cap, which limits the county’s increase in tax revenues from property taxes to no more than 4.5 percent or inflation, whichever is less.
